Very Misleading Advertising or should I say FRAUD
Very Misleading Advertising or should I say FRAUD, because it's intentional. after purchase, I got to see a new set of rules that weren't in the advert opposite to what was advertised on their page. I sent them an email for a refund less than 10 minutes after the purchase when I saw the new rules, for my 168.82 British pounds refund, they responded by telling me I read the advert for Andriod instead of IOS, I then took a screenshot of the advert on their website, and sent to them, with it showing the ios and not android. this was on the 6th of December 2023, since the day I sent the screenshot till now they have been ignoring my emails with no single reply. I am yet to still have my refund. Order number: 2023120612111546743.
