I have had some very good experiences with EaseUS todo and some very bad (3 other products I've tried). Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. EaseUS Todo Backup seems to be a good program. I haven't had to actually put it to a test. There was an issue of it not following the schedule I set up but support fixed it (many thanks). DupFiles Cleaner: I accidentally clicked the wrong thing and ended up paying for the Pro version. Despite not having used the software and it being the same day, they refused to give me my money back. I eventually deleted the program because it kept wrongly identifying duplicate pictures. Very poor IMO. Clean Genius identifies junk and then supposedly deletes it but when I rescan, the same stuff is there. No wonder it's free. I deleted this program too. The third program, I forget what it was. Also, when I've contacted support, the techs seem unable to explain things in a way I understand (or they don't care to take the time). Then they go into sales mode, trying to sell me more support for a minimum of $199. Really? That's when I gracefully got off the phone with them. Just poor.
