I would put zero stars but I was not allowed to do this. This is the worst customer service I have ever received- horrible representatives. I ordered a bridal shower gift from THE KNOT and put my address in, not the bride’s, so it could be sent directly to me. When I received the confirmation email it indicated that the bride would receive the gift. When I finally reached a customer service rep, less than an hour later, they indicated that they could not change it. I will never use this site again. I will go directly to the company that has the item.
