Absolutely Unacceptable platform. Migrated forcefully from NEAT Hong Kong, Rapyd started charging a 99 USD monthly fee. Xero integration was gone. Absolutely no details on your Transactions in the account movements, only show up with cryptic messages such as "Bank transfer received" but no details on from who or any reference note. For the past 2 months I am now constantly opening support tickets, as nothing works. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total crap service. Closing my account now. They asked to make my balances empty, so I did, and then they charged me a fee for that, which makes my account balance not zeroed again. So I have to transfer money back. And account closing fee is 75 USD, as a middle finger for leaving them.
