Enjoyed the conversations w/ Mike McM - yes multiple - before I pulled trigger and no pressure. Delivery was smooth - Rashad? Went over the car better than the owner manual. Paperwork, missed forms / e-signatures - backup insurance - Not used to that in a dealership but I'll trade that hassle for the 7-day test drive and time to let my mechanic go over the vehicle
