Yesterday I received assistance from Lei. After a few days of calling from one company and again bounced around to this company and bounced around to that company I was extremely frustrated. He understood my frustrations, took patience in diligence dealing with me which I've really appreciated. He made sure to explain everything in clear detail to me.
