I resorted to thrive market because I couldn’t find the beyond ground meat alternative any anywhere else. They have been a complete pain in the neck. They’re incredibly slow for frozen orders. Normally, when I buy frozen goods from companies, they are delivered within a couple of days this is taking close to a week and I needed the item before then. There’s no customer service that I can see. They sent me to a chat bot that was shut down. I tried to find multiple other products to see if it was going to be worth it just stick with them and they had nothing else that I buy regularly. They also tried to push a bunch of junk food on me that my family would never purchase and claimed it was based on my preferences. That was completely fault since they tried to push meat products on me and I’m vegetarian and stated so when I set my preferences. This has been a terrible experience. The only reason I’m getting two stars is because they were the only ones where I could find this product.
