Do yourself a favour and do not use Traveluro. Booked a hotel in Boston for one night. Following an issue with the room, the hotel very kindly offered refund that they sent to third party Traveluro. Money still hasn’t gone though after over 2 months and countless emails (no replies) or phone calls (can’t get through an agent) No customer service at all, disgusting.
