I have been with PrivateVPN for about 6 years. The service is honestly superb. Tonight I was trying to sign up for the 36 month deal, same price as I paid last year for 12 months.. It wouldn't let me pay. I signed in, and still wouldn't let me, as I still have 1 day left on old subscription, then Page disappeared. But Fernand came on HELP DESK and politely and patiently talked me through.. .I'm in NZ and the service has been so reliable. So very happy to sign up for the 36 month bonus deal!! Appreciate the great service
