I’ve been using the Wahoo KICKR V5 for a few years now, and it’s been an outstanding part of my training setup — reliable, accurate, and well-built. Recently, I ran into a technical issue and reached out to Wahoo support, not expecting much since the trainer was already out of warranty. To my surprise, the support I received was nothing short of exceptional. Emma from the team responded promptly, provided clear and helpful troubleshooting guidance, and ultimately arranged a replacement unit. This level of customer service is incredibly rare — especially for a product out of warranty — and it speaks volumes about Wahoo’s commitment to standing behind their products and supporting their customers.
