Okay so earlier I posted my original review it was a single star as I had been getting the run around for weeks and the same question kept getting asked in the ticket so finally after expressing my negative feelings Ceci reaches out very lovely and polite and after screenshots back and forth she educated me a bit and helped me resolve an issue checked on others too and resolved my complaint to 100% she gets 5 stars I still have 4 stars as CJ and Shopify need to educate all staff to provide world class service specially since we do business all over the world Thank you frenchiesglobe.com customers are definitely going to enjoy their products on time now.
