Very poor customer service
Bombarded by marketing content I bit the bullet and ordered two rings on a ‘special offer’ two for the price of one a number of weeks ago. Chased my order regularly and eventually got a response and said order arrived this week. The ring I paid for is ok, reasonable quality. However the second ring was not included in the shipment. I then received an email, post delivery, saying it was out of stock and offering something completely different, which I declined and requested an another ring. I’ve since had radio silence from them despite numerous emails. Feelings completely ripped off and will not be ordering again.
