So far I have been really impressed! Both Austin Hindes and Tim Smith were very helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of signing up for Medicare plans. Both sent follow up emails with useful information after our discussion - just like they said they would. They answered all of my questions - even the ones I asked numerous times🤣- patiently and were very professional.
