I do not recommend Marley Spoon. Our first delivery never arrived, and the replacement box showed up a day late with all the ingredients thrown together and mixed with leaking meat juices — completely unsanitary. Customer service promised a refund, but later canceled it, leaving us frustrated and disappointed. In our experience, Blue Apron is far more reliable and provides much better service. This experience shows a lack of professionalism, poor delivery standards, and unhelpful customer support. I would strongly advise caution before using this service.
