I booked for wheel chair assistance and they lied
I booked for wheel chair assistance, they said they will confirm via email. The email never came. Now they said I have to pick wheel chair at the airport. One person actually said they do not offer wheelchair service which is clearly a lie as last week I had booked wheelchair for two trips. Liars and terrible attitude.
