Disappointing and misleading services.
First, ViewQwest overlooked my email to enquire details on termination of services and overlooked the misinformed email they sent me. Next, they failed to give me an accurate details of the return policy and didn't state the penalty charges involved. That left me to make other arrangements after the misinformed message. Lastly, they failed to answer my question for a detailed breakdown of the charges involved for termination.
