Sincerely, Customer Support Team ----------------------------------------------------------- They accessed my aa.com account using my booking code, changed all of my personal information, my email address and canceled my flight. Because I got money back that they overcharged me fraudulently. They said it taxes, but there was another $200 already charged to my card for taxes on top of my flights. I am suing!
