I had to call the first day for our driver to show up becasue apprently It didn't get put into your system, so we had a late pick up. 2 nd day they were late again and that was the wild fire day the pool in Caladonia shut down, we had no access to the washrooms, pool or splash pad. I called the main office the first time at at 1 pm to get picked up early and had to make 4 additional calls to finally talk to someone and our ride showed up at the regualar schedualed time 3pm. The children and staff were put at risk and parents were not happy. I was told the staff were on their lunch and no one was able to get to the phones. The 3rd day pick up was a few min late as well for the pick up. Very unprofessional and I still had to pay full price even though the busses we late all 3 days All the drivers were very niceand professional.
