We had a wonderful experience with First Charter. The booking agent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful making the process very easy. On the day of our event, Marilyn, our driver, was amazing! She was right on time and assisted our group throughout the day. She dropped us off with door to door service. She was taking pictures of our group whenever we asked. We have this event every year and will definitely use First Charter again.

Our assigned driver was patient especially with our elderly people, she was on time and thought it was raining before leaving she waiting to make sure we did not need her anymore but we did so we had to leave because of heavy rainfall. Our experience with First charter was amazing! They were easy to communicate with and added so much to our wedding day! The buses were on time and the air conditioning kept our guests cool on a hot summer day. My husband and I are both teachers so school buses were the perfect way to transport our guests.
