The customer service was not very friendly during the conversation. I also noticed the representative sighing while speaking, which made the interaction feel less welcoming and professional. I would appreciate a more positive and courteous approach when assisting customers.

Our event happened on a horrible day in Spokane when fires made things impossible to predict and navigate. The company and drivers were in constant and honest communication with my wedding coordinator throughout the day even though I know they were from the area and were also concerned about their homes and families.
