Our experience with BusBank fell well short of expectations, particularly given the importance of timely and reliable transportation for our group. Upon arriving at the airport, our group of 69 people, including infants and young children, waited approximately 30–35 minutes before locating our two buses. We were later told the drivers had already arrived, but they never came closer to the pick-up area to identify or locate our group. During that time, the drivers were difficult to reach and did not answer our phone calls. We also had difficulty reaching BusBank's trip support line and initially reached voicemail before receiving a return call about five minutes later. One of the drivers did not assist with loading luggage onto the bus upon pickup at the airport. We specifically requested that he not be assigned to our return trip the next week, and our contact at BusBank confirmed that he put in that request. Despite that request, the same bus driver was assigned to our return transportation anyway (even though we were sent two different drivers' names and numbers for the return trip- neither of which ended up being our drivers). Communication surrounding our return trip was also disappointing. We were provided with the names of two drivers, but two different drivers arrived without any advance notice or explanation for the change. In addition, one of the buses arrived late for the scheduled pickup. Finally, after parking at our pick-up point, one of the buses would not restart, resulting in another delay while the driver worked to resolve the issue. While each of these issues may seem minor in isolation, together they reflected a lack of communication, coordination, and attention to customer service. We expected a smoother, more professional experience and were disappointed that several preventable problems occurred during both our arrival and departure.

Our company recently used BusBank for our transportation for our convention. We had several days that we needed to transport our attendees. BusBank was very attentive to our needs. The buses were immaculate and the drives were awesome as well. Every detail was seamless. We will definitely be using them again for our next conference.
There was wonderful customer support in advance, ensuring we were fully prepared and our trip was planned to a T. As a result, everything went as planned and there was no transportation stress for our event.
We signed a contract with BusBank in early May to rent a school bus for our church youth group trip. The contract was signed and the agreed-upon price was $850. On June 2, less than a month before our event, BusBank contacted us and informed us that the price would increase to $1,950 because they could not find a bus company willing to provide the service at the contracted rate. This was an increase of more than 129% over the signed contract price. What is the purpose of a signed contract if the company is not willing to honor the agreed-upon terms? We planned our budget and event based on the contract we signed, only to be told later that the price had more than doubled due to their inability to secure a vendor at the original rate. While I understand that supply challenges can occur, those challenges should not become the customer's responsibility after a contract has already been executed. We were left scrambling to find alternatives and adjust our plans. Based on this experience, I would not recommend BusBank. If you choose to work with them, be aware that a signed contract may not guarantee the price you originally agreed to.
We have used BusBank for over 10 years and they have been exemplary! Their online portal is easy to use, clear, and accessible. Billing is straightforward and transparent. I want to specificially shout out our rep, Phillip May, who is always responsive, flexible, and on our side. We work with schools and he's helped us with dozens and dozens of bookings each year, always finding us the best rates, operators, and drivers. He advocates for us if we have any issues with operators, gives us guidance when it comes to booking, and is always pleasant to deal with. We're always talking about what great customer service he delivers.
UPDATE: while we would have preferred that the day went perfectly according to plan/booking, we are appreciative that the company did follow up with an additional refund. Be wary of booking with them in Montreal! We booked a mini bus based on the information and images on their website and specifically requested a working microphone and speaker system, for a corporate event and we were given what looked like a converted school bus with mechanical issues and no working microphone. All we got was "I am sorry to hear ....." and a minimal discount. While it may seem like a minor thing, it significantly impacted our event as we realized very quickly that the people at the back of the bus could not hear us, and the overall impression given to those at the event was not a positive one.
Bus Bank made my group trip planning simple. They were so helpful in giving me information and communicating details throughout the process. Our bus travels were safe and the driver knowledgeable about locations.
I would highly recommend BusBank and especially JacLyn. I have used this company multiple times and JacLyn is professional, quick to respond, detailed-oriented, and a great communicator. She takes time to answer all my questions and helps me with scheduling.
We booked a bus through Busbank situated in Ottawa for a corporate event. The transportation was completed safely and on time, however the vehicle provided was larger than expected for our group and felt less suited to the experience we had envisioned in terms of comfort and atmosphere. The exterior also differed from what we anticipated, which contributed to some confusion on-site. After bringing this forward, senior management followed up directly, provided a clear explanation, and addressed the communication gaps in a professional manner. They also implemented internal improvements and offered a goodwill adjustment. While the initial experience was not exactly as expected, I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism shown in resolving the matter.

The 36-passenger minibus that was dispatched, although still classified as a minibus, clearly did not meet the expectations set during the booking process. Kayla was extremely helpful from booking to day of the event. Each of the drivers was extremely professional and early which was a dream. All of our attendees only had the best things to say about Miss Quinn too. The drivers were fantastic and flexible and we would absolutely work with BusBank again!

Kayla was amazing to work with. From the start of the process through the end, everything was seamless and smooth. Kayla was very quick to respond and also made every attempt to ensure that any adjustments we made were captured and handled accordingly. We had three different legs of transportation needs all at different times. Everything was a breeze. We had a group of about 25 the private bus and service was part of the huge success of our work event. I would highly recommend Corporate Shuttle and Kayla and will definitely book with them again!
