Make sure the bus driver checks to make sure people are on bus before leaving
The office people setting up the service were fabulous; the bus driver left 10 minutes early from the hotel with only 3 people on board leaving about 20 people behind-WHY would we spend $1000 to transport 3 people-as the mother of the bride-the last thing I needed to do was chase down a driver. We had to wait for my son to walk me down the aisle. I feel partial refund is in order to make up for this huge error.

Kirsten went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. She was patience and listened attentively and was keen to capture every detail of our request. She was unassuming and responded to our request promptly with clear direction. She is also absolutely professional to work with. Our bus services have been smooth and well coordinated. The kids are safe and are happy to ride the bus to the camp every morning. The drivers are wonderful as well, and Dina has been great as well. We're happy!

I had to call the first day for our…
I had to call the first day for our driver to show up becasue apprently It didn't get put into your system, so we had a late pick up. 2 nd day they were late again and that was the wild fire day the pool in Caladonia shut down, we had no access to the washrooms, pool or splash pad. I called the main office the first time at at 1 pm to get picked up early and had to make 4 additional calls to finally talk to someone and our ride showed up at the regualar schedualed time 3pm. The children and staff were put at risk and parents were not happy. I was told the staff were on their lunch and no one was able to get to the phones. The 3rd day pick up was a few min late as well for the pick up. Very unprofessional and I still had to pay full price even though the busses we late all 3 days All the drivers were very niceand professional.
