Make sure the bus driver checks to make sure people are on bus before leaving
The office people setting up the service were fabulous; the bus driver left 10 minutes early from the hotel with only 3 people on board leaving about 20 people behind-WHY would we spend $1000 to transport 3 people-as the mother of the bride-the last thing I needed to do was chase down a driver. We had to wait for my son to walk me down the aisle. I feel partial refund is in order to make up for this huge error.
