It was easy to change some of the finer details as we needed to throughout the booking process. All the correspondences were very clear and simple to execute. The drivers were professional and nice to work with. Thanks for making our special day safe for everyone!

Contracted (and were invoiced) for two 50-person busses to shuttle our wedding guests from the venue to after party location, and they NEVER SHOWED UP. Zero communication about a cancellation. Such an awful thing to endure on our wedding day, and on top of that, 100 guests had to find their own transportation to the after party venue. So disappointed and frustrated, and for it to occur while the wedding was wrapping up created extreme stress for myself and my husband. Do NOT book with this place—wish we could give 0 stars.
Punctuality in picking up our group. The bus was clean. The driver was friendly. Recommendation: provide a step stool/seat for people with disabilities to board the bus.
The bus driver was friendly and prompt. This is a challenging trip from Fairfax, CA up into the mountains west of Tahoe. We had the same driver taking us up on Monday and picking us up on Friday. He was on time, even a bit early. We will continue to use First Charter every summer for this trip.
