This was tjhe first time I was managing an event where I was the in-charge of transportation arrangements for 300 people moving places for 2 days. I was searching transportation services and everything was was super expensive. But then I found first charter and thought of calling them to find the options and the cost. To my surprise the school busses were available for very reasonable cost. We booked them, but then I was a little worried thinking will the busses come on time and will they actually come? But on the day of event all the busses arrived before time. We were so happy and relieved to see them. All the drivers were very professional and flexible. They were addressing all our concerns and accommodating patiently with all the delays from ourside. All our guests were very happy with service. I couldn't have found anything better than first charter. I would 💯 recommend their services. Thank you first charter.

The trip itself was great. They were on time and pleasant. I thought the reservation process was confusing. What they described made me think that I could be told 5 days prior that we may not have a bus. I think I should have been able to confirm it as soon as I gave a credit card. This made me worry that the trip wasn't going to happen

Great wedding shuttle experience
Easy to work with, affordable, and quick to respond. We hired First Charter as a shuttle for our wedding and are so glad that we did. Our driver, Chris, was awesome and made the rides so fun for our guests!
