We were disappointed…
We were disappointed that the busses chosen for our mid summer field trip had no air conditioning and no under storage for food and bags. Additionally our staff felt concerned about some of the driving. It was not our nest experience, and for the price we paid it should have been a better experience.
We had a flat tire in the highway
We had a flat tire in the highway. Looked at the tired and it had a flag round circle indicating the tire had a problem. We should have never been on that bus. Costed us 45 minutes of our museum time. Then they were about 45 minutes picking us up costing us reunion time. I requested a refund today.

Everything we planned happened and all sionors enjoyed the day trip, Mr Mohan took care of everything we needed. He also enjoyed the trip with us lunch including breakfast and lunch. Thank you so much to First student for being a part of our senior group. Looking forward for next trip soon .

Wedding Charter
First charter was on time and professional throughout our wedding day. Drove safely and provided assistance to passengers as needed. The price was much better than some of the other options we had and their service was still good. I would highly recommend firstcharter for your wedding shuttle needs. Throughout the process we had to make several changes to our reservation and Firstcharter made that process quite easy and not having to pay full cost until 5 days before the event was a huge help in ensuring we were able to continue to be flexible up until almost the day.

I was told initially that there were mini busses available for rental; when I followed up a few weeks before my event I learned this was not true. We required a small bus because of a narrow driveway and turn-around, so we had to find another solution for that portion of our event. Otherwise though, you were all excellent to deal with, and all additional communication was thorough and helpful. Our driver was professional and upbeat, and did an exceptional job.
