BOOX Shipping is Untrustworthy.
I ordered a BOOX Note Air5 C on August 2 with high expectations of receiving my package between "2 and 7 days". A label was created in the early hours of the next day (1:04 AM) which encouraged me that my package would soon be sent. However, three days went by without my package being turned over to USPS for shipment. The company said I could cancel my order as long as the order had not been turned over to the carrier so I requested cancellation. I received a denial to cancel because the company claimed that my package had been turned over to USPS. I checked USPS and they show they are still "awaiting the item" for shipment. This lessens my confidence in anything being said by the company as being truthful. My recommendation is to purchase directly from Amazon rather than the company because Amazon has a trustworthy shipping policy. Apparently their association with Amazon takes precedence over their direct relationship with their customers.
