I purchased the AOMEI Backupper Pro + Partition Assistant Pro, AOMEI Backupper software on 23 July 2021. However, the software is not applicable for the work I’m trying to accomplish. I realized immediately that the tool didn't suit my needs, so I requested a refund the next day, assuming it would be honored per their policy ( 90 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee). The first request for a refund was temporarily refused by Aomeitech Sales/Tech Team on 24 July 2021. Kevin from the sales/tech team sent two emails with some great information on trying to fix the solution; however, I have a unique issue that AOMEI software will not solve, making the software useless to me. Therefore, I requested a refund for the software that I can’t use under the 90 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee.
