One of the best customer services I’ve ever received. The product is 10/10 and the customer experience is 11/10 ! I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size/model cover and they were so efficient in posting it that they posted it the next day (silly mistake on my end and all my fault). So I sent an email to BARE and explained my error, they responded back so quickly and told me to just keep and share the wrong sized cover I ordered and they posted me my correct case and I only had to pay for shipping. I could not appreciate them enough ! Thank you and I love my case! Feels as if I’m holding my actual phone without it being hidden by a thick cover.
