Items safely delivered BUT......
Prior to using their services, I did check their trustpilot reviews, and most of them are positive reviews, which is a good thing. So I ordered few items from an online website using their "Buy for me" services. All went smoothly, from ordering to processing to delivering my order. EXCEPT COMMUNICATION. *****PLEASE update the customer (for reassurance) of their product from time to time. This company did not provide a tracking number when ordering from a retailer (shipment from retailer to their warehouse). How am I supposed to know when will my item reach their warehouse. Although they did provide tracking for shipment from their warehouse to me (delivery to customer). I don't mind if you do not provide me with a tracking number (shipment from retailer to your warehouse), but could you please update from time to time as to where are my orders currently are. Don't get me wrong, I am thankful for your services but I think there are few things that need to be improved. That is all.
