Redmi Note 14 received however the paper around the phone was glued and not removable from the back. Raised a web ticket for replacement on 29/9 followed by a telephone call on 1/10 to confirm my replacement was being actioned. Call centre informed me a jiffy bag would arrive by today. No jiffy bag. Further call to call centre today only to be informed no action has been taken and the tech team would be alerted to issue the jiffy bag.
