Never received order
I placed an order on 12-19-25 and never received it. When I finally reached customer service after over a month with no communication, they asked me to choose other styles since those two were not available. I requested a full refund, and they said they would process it within 48 hours. What kind of company keeps your money for over a month with no communication on your order? I've learned my lesson not to order from them. Should have read the reviews here first.
