Refunds take forever ..
Refunds take forever .. They don’t stick to what they publish !! Cancelled an order immediately & yet card was deducted !! 20 days later still no refund ! Despite more than 6 conversations with their so called help line !!

Buying is easy … getting a refund is terrible … 5 attempts .. still no refund Each time you contact their help they indicated case closed refund completed.. yet no refund ! Their site indicates that if cancellation is made within 24 hours amounts will not be deducted ! Don’t believe that .. I closed the transaction immediately when I realized I wrongly ordered .. amount was deducted from my card .. it’s been 22 days . Shows transaction cancelled yet amount deducted & despite many attempts I have not received any refund into my credit card ! Shopee … get your act together!!! Many reviews are negative

Return policy in doubt I ordered 2 items from a vendor who was v cooperative.. I tried cancelling the order the next day but couldn't as he had already sent it. I than contacted the vendor to ask him if I could return the items. He agreed .. Now come the most frustrating part which was dealing with Shopper.., Either the logistics department or the customer care.. I lodged a return item request which was accepted . I received a WhatsApp message indicating the courier would collect the next day .. We waited and waited .. After 10pm nobody turned up to collect. I than contacted their customer service who assured me that it would be done the next day.. not even a courtesy message to indicate they couldn’t make it that day !!! Next day I received another message from shoppee indicating that I must return items within a certain date ( about 3 days) Again another message from the courier that they would pick up items ... their courier is SPX. They don't specify the time so indicating your preferred time with 6 hours is useless. Again nobody turned up. I contacted their customer service numerous times. They assured me it would be collected. Items are bulky !! Again nobody turned up and not even a courtesy message to postpone or cancel !! I than proceeded to contact the vendor directly and drove to vendors flat to return the items in the evening at 8.45pm or so..! Shoppee ... this is totally unacceptable! At least have the common decency to advice your customers if you can't make the collection. Not leaving us to wait for 2 days & nights .. Saying they should come by 8pm. Your return policy if carried on like this is a JOKE! So anyone reading this please don't get fooled by the no questions asked return policy .., l used to be a frequent user of this site but not anymore
