I have been scammed out of money by Michael John who is a delivery person for City Link Express and has used money sent to him on himself which has caused me to be charged delivery fees 3 times for the same thing. I have talked to Wan Wei from City Link Express who is still insisting that I pay this fee for the 4th time even though he has proof that I was scammed out of money by the delivery representative working for City Link Express. I am reporting City Link Express for misconduct and fraud and will be informing the public so that are aware how City Link Express does not take responsibility for a wrong done to a customer by their delivery representatives.
