No consumer protection
If a seller sells you a faulty or incomplete item there is no come back, no way to get a refund and no cover. I’ve tried this site 3 times. 1 purchase was fine, 1 the seller sent to a wrong address but gave a refund as I didn’t receive it and 1 purchase the seller sent an item with things missing, asked for it to be returned but refused to pay postage, then offered a partial refund but never paid it. The site offers no way to enforce your consumer rights. I’d advise against ever using it, you can easily be ripped off.
