I would not use this company again or recommend them. I had to undergo surgery and was medically unable to travel, yet despite providing all required documentation—including multiple medical certificates—they repeatedly declined my refund request. Each time I submitted more information, I received the same automated response claiming I had not provided the required documents, even though my tickets were sold as refundable. The experience was frustrating, dismissive, and showed no genuine customer support. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking through this platform.
