I have bought appliances through the years from Plesser’s with positive results. I must say your sales manager Gene was outstanding this Monday when my Samsung refrigerator died. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Due to the certain specs I needed he, on the phone, completely helped me with the model and had it delivered within less than 2 days!
