Ordered a gift off a Christmas…
Ordered a gift off a Christmas wish-list without issue...except that my wife made the same purchase 7 days before, without telling me. Jaime, in customer service, replied to my request for cancellation of the (duplicate) order within minutes and without issue. Money was refunded a few days later. My wife's order came within a week and everything looks good!
