Ready to purchase and signed up for the new customer 10% off by providing my email and phone number, waited, waited, and waited. Finally emailed cs, and Tiffany told me I'd need to wait 24 hrs. I was used to getting the code almost immediately and was disappointed. I went ahead and ordered and after I had expressed my disappointment, Tiffany said she would refund my 10% - this was much appreciated. :)

Excellent customer service! Kara, Amelia, and Tiffany are the best. They responded quickly, and easily solved my problem. I’ll be a return customer for sure. I’m also very pleased with the quality of the bead kits I ordered. My daughter and I are having so much fun with them.
Greedy customer service
I ordered a beaded bracelet and it was tied too tightly and the beads are smushed together. It looks terrible and lays crooked. Contacted customer service and they say it meets their standards so they won’t replace it. I would have to reorder it and pay for shipping again, which is unacceptable. I won’t be supporting this business again.

CHARLOTTE PEARL LAYERED BRACELET
I ordered and received the Charlotte Pearl Layered Bracelet. The bracelet has a nice look and weight to it however, the clasp bar is way too small, and the bracelet constantly falls off. I am going to lose this bracelet. I have several items from BaubleBar and I love them. Super disappointed in this bracelet. Don't order it if you want to keep it
