Ready to purchase and signed up for the new customer 10% off by providing my email and phone number, waited, waited, and waited. Finally emailed cs, and Tiffany told me I'd need to wait 24 hrs. I was used to getting the code almost immediately and was disappointed. I went ahead and ordered and after I had expressed my disappointment, Tiffany said she would refund my 10% - this was much appreciated. :)
