I went to FAO Swartz in NYC to make a custom piece… I walked out of the store and the first letter fell off my bracelet. They told me that I couldn’t return it and gave me a few extra of one letter (and also told me their new supplier was not good) and I should super glue the letters to my bracelet. So, I did superglue the letters to my bracelet and they all have been falling off regardless. I also do not shower with my bracelet or swim, yet with normal wear it is tarnishing. And this is in two weeks time, not anything crazy. I spent too much on something poorly made and basically bad enough to not last a day. Regret. Do not buy.

This brand really is the blueprint of using modern tech in Ai but still escalating things to humans who provide such real, personalized solutions, while growing their brand.
I originally purchased the custom phone case which I absolutely adored! It was so stunning and they have a plethora of color options for their phone cases. I got so many compliments on it! However after a couple months my case began to discolor, so I contacted customer service not sure what to expect. I was met with the most understanding and efficient customer service ever! Big shoutout to Clara, she made the whole transaction go smoothly and was so kind. Overall great, cute and unique product with an amazing team behind it!

I rcvd a pave date necklace as a gift 4 months ago. It is beautiful! Unfortunately, the chain broke. It is a little too thin. I emailed BaubleBar, and they are replacing it. Their customer service was excellent! I corresponded w Chani, just wonderful. I would give them 5 stars, but it takes too long for custom jewelry.

I had a lack of information since it was a gift but she was patient and kind the entire time. She fixed the situation quite quickly. She reflects the company quite well and happy I received the help I did.
I received a bracelet that I LOVED! Sadly after just a few weeks part of the bracelet came undone and fell off. I sent a photo of the issue on a Sunday, not expecting a reply. I got one! Then Monday I received another email saying the replacement was processed and should be shipped by XX (they provided a target date). Thank you, Chani, for your help! I’m honestly really disappointed with BaubleBar. I bought two bracelets thinking I was getting something a little nicer since the price point is higher, but both of them tarnished within a week. Like… a week. For something that’s not exactly cheap, I expected way better quality. The finish faded quickly and they already look worn out, which is frustrating because I barely even used them. At this point, I’ve had better luck with jewelry from Amazon that costs way less and actually holds up longer. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I ordered 3 pieces. Two necklaces and a bracelet with my name. All of the "gold" finish on all of my 6 letters has worn off. For the prices these pieces especially the bracelet should have lasted longer. High price tag low quality jewelry.
