Stress free travel
We sent our large suitcases home after a cruise and spent more time traveling with backpacks after the cruise. Knowing exactly when the luggage would be delivered to a friend back home was a relief. And being able to travel relatively luggage free for the rest of our trip mostly on trains was great. The only stressful moment was a slight mix up on pickup time. Other than that, communication was good.
