Dissatisfied.Wrong goods received cost me money
This is a very difficult c company to deal with when trying to return goods. I ordered a cycling jersey XL (£30) and received something completely different. To return the item cost me £20....no apology and no return of postage. Paid out £50, got back £30 and no goods. Won't be using OUKU again!
