i would give 0 star if I could..my 76yr old mother saved for 4 weeks to buy a voucher off nike she ordered shoes they came too big she returned them for an exchange providing every single piece of proof she returned them from EVRI and they just refused her refund or returning the shoes this is from 14th May 2026 until today 16th June 2026 they have treated her like crap they have point blank refused to tell her why the refund was refused no reason no nothing will not reply to emails she has provide proof every step of the way and they just refused to refund or return the original shoes which she has PAID for this is illegal and legal steps are being taken I would advise anyone NOT to buy from these scammers and thieves absolute unacceptable from nike towards a 76yr old lady the state my mother is in over this and the way have treated her is a DISGRACE AND ILLEGAL I would advise anyone to rethink buying from these scammers..scamming pensioners is an absolute disgrace shsmeful
