What made my experience great with TheoGrace was their customer service. I purchased an engraved name plate chain for my granddaughter for Christmas 2025. Unfortunately it broke between the letters and they are replacing it. I am so ecstatic because my granddaughter was so excited to have her name around her neck everyday.
