I've worked on different brands of lasers over the years, and I can honestly tell that Boss Laser is the worst quality product I've ever encountered. It has been nothing but one problem after another from day one. The manual is seriously lacking in information and troubleshooting guides. They claim they are american made, but it's all cheap chinese equipment. I know they are cheap machines, but they're cheap for a reason. Think twice before buying this piece of junk.
