I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income,which I explained to person that responded to my customer service message (Gregory Ludwig). The training company is quick to take money but you are unable to reschedule sessions on the system that were cancelled by the trainer. Requested for the contract to be cancelled but they are still taking money from my account.
