Hard to get hold of, but worth the wait
I have heavily edited this review and revised the star rating, so let me start by giving an overview of my initial review; I could not make contact with Diamondere at all, emails, phone calls, messages on their Facebook page all went unanswered, however, after leaving a review here they did contact me and all issues were resolved, they worked hard to put everything right and the outcome has been amazing, the item is absolutely beautiful and was worth going through the, at times frustrating situation I found myself in, I would definitely recommend their jewellery and their customer service team is great once you do manage to get hold of them.
