Lost connection to the app server meaning I couldn't control my solar system. Called the support line next day not holding out much hope for a speedy resolution. The call was answered by a real person in 10s with no voice menus to navigate. Issue solved within 2 minutes. What a pleasant suprise. If only all support lines were like that. Thank you.
