I wrote a previous comment, Buyer beware. Shipping takes forever, but when the bookbag came, it was very nice and my daughter loves it! They got the lunchbox wrong, but I gave to a friend. It took forever but was worth it to my daughter.
I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still no email of my order being shipped. Money was taken before it shipped too. Not sure why they did that. I sent 2 emails, no word from customer service. Not even an 800 number to contact either. So disappointed and not sure why this company is still up and running! Do Not order from this place!!!
